Kicks Unlimited Dance was founded in the year 2001 by Kristi (Abram) Brown. Kristi developed the studio with a variety of dance styles, both recreational and competitive. The studio relocated to the current facility in 2010, tripling in square feet and developed a cheer and tumble program. Kristi sold the studio to Taylor Worland in 2018.
Taylor Worland began dancing at the young age of 4, at the former Kelly Grimes Ballet Studio in Avon Indiana. She continued there until she moved to Owen County in the year of 2002. That’s when she found an interest in a up-and-coming dance studio in Bloomington: Kicks Unlimited Dance! She participated in both recreational and competitive dance. As she continued through junior high and high school her interest become more involved with cheerleading and tumbling. Taylor cheered all through out her school years and held many UCA All American titles. Taylor has an experienced background with teaching at Kicks Unlimited Dance as a tumbling instructor, Company coach, and rec dance teacher.
